Free Shipping With Orders $25 or more within the U.S.A.
*This does not include Display Cases, Collectible Supplies or Custom Order Items. All does not work with coupons.
Most items will ship within 24 hours of order acceptance. Tracking is included in all orders.

Shipping Within The U.S.A.:
If your item(s) equal less than $25 you will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
If your cart includes a display case, collectible supply or a custom ordered item, you will only be charged for shipping of that item and nothing else that covers the free shipping rule.

*Due to COVID-19 and more than usual shipping. Shipping times might be longer than expected.

Pickup options:
Pickup is free and and easy. If you choose to pickup your item(s) you will receive an email letting you know when the item(s) are ready for pickup. Most orders placed before 12:00pm PST are ready the same day. You can pickup at our store at 2016 Quail St. Newport Beach, CA 92660. Please note that of you purchase an item that is for pickup only with other items, all items will be held for pickup. If you wish to have the other items shipped to you, please make a separate order for those item(s). Please make sure to wait until you receive an email that your order is ready for pickup, otherwise you might have to wait or may not receive all items you order in one pickup.

International Shipping:
Is calculated based on weight of total items. Please use checkout to get a shipping quote. If shipping cannot be calculated, please contact us directly.
We are not responsible for import/custom charges that me be charged when received. We put actual value of our items to keep insurance on them for your protection. So please plan accordingly.

*Please note that the shipping times quoted are just the package in transit and it does not include packing time which can take up to 3 days to put together even though we do our best to get it out the same day.

Return Policy:
You can return all autographed items within 30 days in original condition, including tags and labels if applicable, no questions asked. After 30 days you must call or e-mail to find out if your item can be returned for a full refund.
No returns on custom items.
All non-autographed items must be returned within 30 days in original condition, including tags and labels if applicable.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us first before trying to return.
